Established in 1995 and located in Southampton, Thekchen Kadampa Buddhist Centre provides a peaceful and inspiring environment where people from all walks of life can learn about Modern Buddhism and Meditation and enrich their lives.
The Centre provides a year-round programme of Meditation Classes, Study Programmes, Day Courses and Retreats that offer practical advice on how to apply Buddha’s teachings to our daily activities.
The Centre is a charity, a part of the NKT-IKBU. All profits and donations made to the centre go towards making meditation and Buddhism more widely available, so that people everywhere can have the opportunity to learn how to develop inner peace and solve their daily problems. Everyone is welcome!
We welcome donations, which will help people access meditation and Buddhism now and in the future.
